Our mission is to provide grad school preparation and career development support for postbaccalaureate scholars who demonstrate a commitment to advancing research and building community.

Program Aims

  • Offer targeted guidance and specialized workshops to equip recent graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully transition into the next stage of their career.

  • Provide access to professional development tools to ensure that trainees are equipped with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in real-world settings

  • Establish a network of faculty members and postdoctoral scholars to provide mentorship for postbaccalaureates

  • Our intention is to create a scientific community that encourages participation and connection, and values each individual's unique contributions regardless of socioeconomic status, race, culture, ethnicity, language, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, spiritual practice, geography, mental and physical status or age.
