Mentorship
Scholars have a Primary Mentor and a Secondary Mentor. The Primary Mentor is the Faculty member who hires the Scholar and ensures financial stability for at least one year. The Primary Mentor also supports the Scholar’s scientific growth. The Secondary Mentor is a Postdoctoral Fellow who provides career development support and offers guidance on graduate school applications
Curriculum
A flexible two-year curriculum beginning in September, featuring monthly workshops (approximately two hours each). Sessions focus on graduate school preparation, including personal statement writing, mock interviews, and presentation skills.
Networking
